Welcome to our happy event.
Below: plans for the evening, guest involvement, some of the popular drinks available at the bar & club facilities.

Overview

Plan: guests on arrival, to be greeted by Steve / Ruth, & then asked to meet their team leaders.
The team leaders will show guests their team table & give them their "Welcome Drinks" vouchers.
Guests can then go to the bar to collect their drinks (three pick up points) & mingle with other guests.
At approximately 7:25 p.m. all guests will be requested to go to their team table ready to hear Steve & Ruth's few words.
Guests then stay with their teams for the duration of the Quirky Quiz, i.e. until the answers have been given & the winning team decided.
After that, guest can pick up food from the buffet & mingle as they choose.
Hoping guests have a fantastic time.

Explore: guests are free to explore the whole of the ground floor of the club, & order drinks from any of the three counters of the bar.
Guests can also sit in the main bar room.
Bathrooms:
- Gents: directly opposite the door to our event room;
- Ladies: turn right along the walkway & then turn left alongside the greens, on the left after about 10 metres.
More bathrooms can be found in a recessed area near the end of the walkway that goes past the bar
room on the right, the greens on the left.
Towards the end of the evening, to help the staff, please place any bar stuff (glasses, bottles, etc.), through or by the bar hatch at the corner of our room.
